With 4 dedicated hours of service per month, priority support, and concierge-level management, we handle every detail so you don’t have to.

Includes:

• 4 hours of premium service each month – Customizable from list below or you decide!
• Monthly interior and exterior walk-through
• Full system and appliance checks
• All filter replacements basic air filters included
• Fire & CO detector battery replacement basic batteries included
• Storm prep and post-storm inspection(camera documentation)
• Vendor coordination – From scheduling to supervision
• Detailed monthly report and recommendations
• Keyholder service – We can meet vendors or inspectors on your behalf
• Priority scheduling and emergency availability
• Trash can and Recycling can to the curb
• Jump start Vehicle
• Take vehicle to get oil change
• Run Errands (groceries, dry cleaning etc…)
• Will mow lawn if you have equipment
• Will clean pool if you have equipment (CPO certified)
• All of this and anything else you need is an option.
• If you go over 4 hours, additional hours are only $80 per hour
