With 4 dedicated hours of service per month, priority support, and concierge-level management, we handle every detail so you don’t have to.
Includes:
- 3 hours of service each month – Flexible use for maintenance, inspections, or personal requests, examples below)
- Full property walk-through
- Inspection of all major systems and appliances
- A/C filter and refrigerator filter replacement (you provide filter)
- light handyman service
- Fire & CO detector battery replacement (you provide batteries)
- Trash/Recycle cans to curb
- Storm prep and post-storm checks(camera/video documentation)
- Vendor coordination for larger repairs (we’ll oversee the work and ensure it’s done right)
- Shared vendor pricing power – We leverage our client network to get you better rates
- Additional hours at $80 per hour
